PMT Racing Slick soft
Tire slick PMT 90/90 10″, soft. Racing slick from PMT, the renowned Italian manufacturer of racing tires for scooters, pit bikes, geared mopeds and more. PMT offers slicks in three compounds: soft, medium, and hard—each tailored to specific temperatures, weather conditions, track surfaces, and riding styles.
Slicks are treadless racing tires designed to deliver maximum grip on dry asphalt. Their large contact patch ensures outstanding traction, high lean angles, and precise handling on the track. As a rule of thumb: soft compounds provide excellent grip but wear out faster. Harder compounds are more durable and abrasion-resistant but offer less stickiness to the asphalt.
The soft compound usually lasts just one race, but with these slicks, you’re hooked up to the track right away – unbeatable grip from the first meter. The operating temperature is around 70°C, which is reached after a short warm-up time, or, straight off the line, by using tire warmers.
