This is a PWK carburetor with a flat slide; flat slide carbs are known for very good throttle response and improved acceleration. 28mm PWK models are recommended for powerful 70cc racing set-ups.
This version has a 40° inclined float bowl. Due to its inclined construction the level is kept constant. This build is especially advantageous for vehicles with limited space (no longer touches the tank) or for scooters with an intake pointing towards the front (the float chamber is no longer touches the cylinder).
