Our Snailworks© Engineering Team has spent countless R&D hours painstakingly designing each component of the QuickClamp™ System via Solidworks© Computer Aided Design (CAD) software as well as conducting rigorous on-track testing to validate their design.
This CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum product has been rigorously lab and FEA tested to withstand up to 120 PSI, ensuring that it will perform optimally under the most extreme conditions. This clamping system needed a unique closure mechanism which is why our Snailworks© Engineering Team has devised an elegant 304 stainless steel push-pin to secure the clamp shut. This captured pin allows for quick, easy, and toolless unbuckling and removal during maintenance or repair services. Our team has also included a provision for safety wire or cotter pin to give you peace of mind and prevent accidental release. Say goodbye to cumbersome and time-consuming worm gear clamps and silicone hose – the AMS QuickClamp™ System ensures that your piping connections remain secure and in place, even during extreme engine movement or vibration.

- Universal fitment, requires custom fabrication.
- Each ferrule type has been designed for a specific fabrication application, depending on your project’s needs. The Standard ferrule is intended for use with aluminum tubing commonly used for intake and charge pipes. Panel ferrules can be used to mount directly to sheet metal as found on intercooler end tanks. Flat ferrules are receiver-less and are a great option for mounting to turbo compressors, or in various other unorthodox applications.
